I whole-heartedly agree. It is absolutely disgusting in a communist sort of way. Problem is, in Maryland you can't philosophically be exempt from vaccinating. Only religious, (certain religions only) and medical exemptions. So scary. I am glad Utah has philosophical exemptions. :)
